In the 1800s the building was accessed by carriage. Guests would descend, while the horses continued down the ramp to the stable. In this deep, cool space we have created a cellar that brings the city a magnificent selection of labels and vintages. We use the cellar for tastings, including vertical, and for moments of absolute, delicious, pleasure.
